Nature of work:
- Ensure smooth organization of office work and coordinate daily administrative processes
- Organize orders for office supplies and services, maintain contact with suppliers
- Manage electronic and paper correspondence
- Systematize and archive documents, administer them in the company's internal systems
- Provide company drivers with information in Lithuanian and Russian about the validity of documents, renewal and other document-related issues
- Perform other administrative and organizational work

- Administrative work experience
- Fluency in Russian and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Positivity, communication skills and a responsible approach to the tasks performed
