- Logistics coordination: Communication with transport companies and coordination of delivery terms.
- Customer service: Receiving calls, initial consultation of farmers and their referral to managers.
Employee requirements
- Education: Higher or higher education (advantage – in the field of agronomy or management).
- Communication: communication skills, patience, confidence.
- IT literacy: Smooth work with MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with accounting or CRM programs.
- Characteristics: Quick orientation, organization, ability to manage a large flow of information during the spring/autumn season.
