Nature of work:
- Organize and ensure smooth daily office activities;
- Coordinate internal and external information flows and administer company correspondence;
- Work with the document management system (DMS), administer document management processes and contribute to their digitization and improvement;
- Prepare orders for stationery and other office supplies and ensure their supply;
- Prepare, administer and systematize documents, ensuring their orderly management, accuracy and confidentiality;
- Ensure smooth internal dissemination of information, administer employee inquiries and provide consultations on administrative issues;
- Participate in the implementation of internal events, employee initiatives and take care of the representativeness of the office environment.
Requirements:
- You have a higher education;
- You have at least 1 year of administrative work experience;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian, both spoken and written;
- You are fluent in English (basic Russian is an advantage);
- You are computer literate and use basic office programs;
- You have experience working with document management systems (DMS) or are able to quickly master them;
- You are responsible, organized, communicative, and result-oriented.
