Administrator (s)

"Tautrimo Aštrauskas clinic" invites new administrator(s) to join.

Work in a plastic and reconstructive surgery clinic from Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week. (full time).

Nature of work:
Communication with the company's clients directly in the clinic, by phone and e-mail. by mail;
Management of incoming information flow;
Smooth coordination of the doctors' agenda;
Preparation and systematization of documents before/after procedures and operations;
Cooperation with colleagues;
Working with a cash register;
Reviewing and submitting incoming correspondence to the administration;
Support of established internal work procedures;
Performing tasks assigned by the clinic manager and doctors;

Higher or higher education;
Experience in administrative work is an advantage;
Very good written and oral communication skills in Lithuanian and English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
Good organizational skills when working independently and in a team;
Computer literacy;
Discretion, politeness, communication, helpfulness, critical thinking, initiative and a strong sense of responsibility;
Efforts to improve in providing high level of customer service.

Full-time work - 8 working hours per day, 5 working days per week
