Nature of work
- Communication with company clients, guests, their reception;
- Providing initial information about cars to clients;
- Administration of test drives;
- Assistance in organizing company events and participation in them;
- Management of customer flows;
- Office administration, ensuring general order;
- Ordering stationery;
- Administration of incoming calls and e-mails;
- Management of company documentation, uploading invoices to the document management system, preparation, registration, archiving of contracts, documents;
- Performance of tasks assigned by the manager;
- Assisting other company employees in performing daily tasks.
Employee requirements
- Administrator work experience;
- Higher/higher education;
- Excellent computer literacy;
- Very good knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage);
- Skills in working with personnel documentation management;
- Knowledge of clerical rules;
- Independence, duty, responsibility, diligence and initiative;
- Organization and good communication skills;
- Ability to work individually and in a team;
- Category B driver's license and driving experience required;
- Good understanding of cars and their market.
- Desire to grow, improve and move up the career ladder.
