- Organize office administrative processes and ensure smooth daily operations

- Manage stationery orders, purchases and their supply processes
- Organize and administer business trips
- Communicate with various state and other institutions, provide necessary information and represent the company on administrative issues

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- At least 2 years of experience in administration
- Higher or higher education
- Knowledge of clerical work
- Good English skills, and Russian is an advantage
- Computer skills (MS Windows, MS Office)
- Independence, attention to detail and teamwork
- Category B driver's license
