Nature of work
- Document preparation, management and archiving;
- Transfer received/collected information to the manager;
- Promptly transmit the manager's instructions to employees and monitor their progress;
- Take care of the company's work tools and office procedures;
- Assist and answer employees' questions;
- Work with Microsoft Navision and Excel programs;
- Partial work with accounting (i.e. handling cash reports; cash transactions; cash receipts and disbursements);
Requirements:
- Higher or higher education;
- Similar work experience (in the field of administration, customer service or office management) is an advantage;
- Communicative, helpful and responsible;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office package);
- Promptness and excellent planning skills;
