WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Administer invoices, advance accounting, company documents, prepare administrative reports
- Work with document management systems (DMS) and electronic documents
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure efficient information flow
- Ensure smooth execution of office administrative processes and coordination of daily activities
- Organize meetings, events and contribute to creating a positive employee experience

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- University degree or higher
- At least 1 year of administrative work experience
- Knowledge of working with document management systems (DMS) and electronic document administration
- Experience in account administration would be an advantage
- Ability to administer documents, correspondence and archiving processes
- Excellent organizational skills, independence and diligence
