Clinic "Sveikata Jums" has been taking care of its patients for 30 years. We are looking for an administrator who would contribute to the smooth daily work of the clinic and a good experience for patients.
If you have already worked at the clinic's reception, communicated with patients, coordinated doctor's visits and schedules, and managed documentation - your experience is a great advantage for us.
We are an experienced and friendly team, where we value professionalism, independence, respectful communication and mutual support. We provide the necessary tools for work and help you smoothly integrate into the team.

What are you going to do
- Communicate with patients in person, by phone and by email.
- Register patients and plan their visits.
- Coordinate doctors' work schedules.
- Operate the cash register.
- Manage patient documentation and data.
- Issuing invoices.
- Manage documents and contracts related to insurance companies and health insurance funds.
- Contribute to the smooth daily work of the clinic.
What are we hoping for
- Have a higher or higher education.
- Have good communication and organizational skills.
- Able to independently plan work and manage several tasks at once.
- You work well with a computer, have clerical skills.
- You are responsible, honest and attentive to details.
- You speak Lithuanian well, knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Experience in a healthcare institution is a great advantage.
