- Coordination of tenant inquiries and daily situations.
- Communication with contractors and service providers.
- Coordination of building maintenance and operation issues.
- Maintenance of contracts and related administrative documentation.
- Administration of parking, access control and other systems.
- Assist in organizing the smooth daily operations of the project.
- Participation in process improvement initiatives.
