VetPet Dermatology and Health Center is looking for an administrator / receptionist
Join our growing team!
We are looking for a responsible, sociable, organized and animal-loving person to work at a veterinary clinic in Kaunas.
Main job functions:
Welcoming and serving customers in the clinic.
Registering patients for visits and administering the visit schedule.
Administrating calls, emails and other information.
Working with a customer and patient database.
Issuing invoices, accepting payments and handling the cash register.
Sales of veterinary goods, feed and food supplements and consulting customers.
Receiving, receiving goods and maintaining warehouse balances.
Organizing and carrying out inventories.
Ordering goods and planning stock replenishment.
Filling and administering VMVT documentation and other necessary reports.
Documentation management and data input into the systems used.
Cooperation and assistance to veterinarians and other clinic staff.
Ensuring a tidy and cozy reception environment.
Working hours:
On weekdays, one of the following working hours is possible:
12:00–21:00 - fixed working hours; or
changing schedule: 8:30–17:30 and 12:00–21:00, with working time divided approximately equally between these two schedules (50/50).
Salary:
1,000–1,300 EUR in hand (net), depending on the candidate's experience and competencies, and subsequent additional motivational bonuses based on sales results.

You have good computer skills.
You are able to independently plan and organize your work.

You are fluent in Lithuanian, and knowledge of English and (or) Russian would be an advantage.
You have experience in administration, customer service or reception work - this would be an advantage, but we are ready to train motivated candidates.
