We are looking for someone who will become the first face of our clinic. If you enjoy communicating with people, are able to remain calm even on more intense days, and believe that excellent service begins with sincere communication - we invite you to join our team.
What will you do?
What will you do?
- You will meet and see off the clinic's patients.
- You will register patients by phone, e-mail, and in the clinic.
- You will plan doctors' work visits.
- You will consult patients about the clinic's services.
- You will accept payments and issue invoices.
- You will manage administrative documentation.
- You will ensure smooth reception activities and assist colleagues in daily tasks.
- If necessary, you will contribute to the smooth organization of the clinic's work.
Employee requirements
We hope that you:
- Are communicative, helpful and empathetic.
- Are able to work independently, responsibly and organized.
- Like order and are attentive to details.
- Are good at using a computer.
- Speak and write Lithuanian correctly.
- Are able to communicate in English (Russian is an advantage, but not necessary).
- Have experience in customer service or want to improve in this area.
- Have an oral hygienist or dental assistant license.
- Can assist a dentist or oral hygienist if needed.
