Nature of work
- Administrative work – answering inquiries by phone and e-mail. by mail, verification of received payments
- Meetings with potential residents, showing rooms, presentation
- Management of the accommodation process of existing and new residents according to SHED's internal procedures
- Management of the smooth moving-in and moving-out process of residents, assistance to residents for all issues that arise
- Carrying out various other day-to-day tasks, including organizing and attending internal events
Employee requirements
- Orientation to the client and ensuring his well-being
- Helpfulness, hospitality, patience, strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize various daily tasks
- Ability to work with a computer, receptivity to innovation
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English (the majority of the population is foreigners).
- Experience in accommodation or other similar sector would be a strong advantage

SHED Co-living Vilnius is a modern accommodation for students and young professionals, part of an international network of co-living projects operating in Central and Eastern Europe. The project in Vilnius (Santaros g. 3) consists of 200 fully furnished private rooms, and residents are offered spacious common areas and an active community events program designed for students and young professionals from all over the world.
SHED Co-living is being developed by I Asset Management, a licensed Lithuanian fund management company that currently manages over 750 million euros in assets in Central and Eastern Europe. Among the projects it manages is a portfolio of over 2,500 rooms of accommodation and co-living in Kaunas, Vilnius, Riga, Krakow, Warsaw and Gdansk. The company also plans further expansion in the region.
We are currently looking for an Accommodation Administrator in Vilnius, who will be responsible for the smooth organization of SHED Vilnius administrative processes and coordination of onboarding of new residents. In this position, you will report directly to the manager.
