Hello, future colleagues!
Let's start with who we are: we are a company that makes the world brighter every day (literally and figuratively). We sell and install solar power plants and in other ways contribute to the energy freedom of our customers, saving them from sky-high electricity bills! We work with great enthusiasm, because we really care about what and how we do. Our goal is very simple: after our visit, the customer should be left with a smile on his face and have received the best result, both financially and qualitatively.

What will a new colleague need to do?
Let me briefly introduce myself, I'm Justas. I'm writing as I think, so that from the first second you understand what a fun company you're joining! Your mission with us will consist of two super important parts:

Office mom or dad: You will have to save lost customers by phone and direct them to the right path. You will be the chief supervisor of our "gas station" (coffee machine), so that it is always ready to shoot the perfect espresso. You will also have to look after our cleaning robot, so that it vacuums on time and does not overeat dust (because then the poor thing will choke and refuse to work :)). In addition to cleaning, of course, there will be various office paperwork and contract registers.

My personal assistant: A person with whom we can talk in a half-word. Together we will plan installations, coordinate times with clients, chat with installers and do small but extremely important jobs (deliver, pick up, deliver, save the situation). Sometimes we will prepare proposals, arrange meetings, etc. Your main goal is to save my time so that I can devote it to the growth of the company and making our lives easier!

What kind of person am I looking for?

The level of responsibility is cosmic! This is not the template word from a CV. If we agreed that the work must be done by a certain time, then it must be done.

With a very good memory or a good notebook. I admit, my memory is sometimes shorter than a goldfish. If I said that you need to remember something, you will have to remember it. :)

Adapting to situations. I am constantly on the move, sometimes talking to a colleague, sometimes helping with visits, sometimes in the warehouse, sometimes with installers, sometimes in the office, sometimes busy with urgent work or in a meeting. Sometimes it is easy to catch me, sometimes not so much. You will have to adapt to this, and the planned work will still have to go ahead, so you will have to learn to be insistent.

Don't be afraid to make mistakes. I am definitely not an angry dragon, you don't need to be afraid of me! I just need someone who boldly asks questions when it is unclear, and is not afraid to make mistakes. We are a team, we become the best only by working together! Of course, I really hope that before asking you will have tried all possible methods on your part, and there will be no repeated mistakes.

PLEASE:
Do not send your CV if you are looking for an oasis of peace, where from 8 am to 5 pm you will just sit quietly. There will be challenges and action here! There will be crazy fun days, but there will also be those when we accidentally burn down a client's electrical panel (this has happened here seriously... even twice :((( ). But those who don't work don't make mistakes. We learn from our mistakes and move on (as you can see, we didn't learn from the first time, that's why there were two generations :))). I need an independent and curious team member who wants to become a stronger version of themselves every day than they were yesterday.

What do we offer?

Salary without a "ceiling"! Money for beautiful eyes we don't pay, but we will reward you handsomely for good work. Whoever works correctly earns well. There is no salary ceiling, it all depends only on your desire and ability to optimize our everyday life! We will not raise your salary just for the years you have "sat out", this will require constant improvement and a desire to grow together.
