Nature of work:

  • Administration of calls and e-mail, distribution of correspondence to responsible employees of the company;
  • Administration of activities of the General Director's office, assistance in his daily activities and execution of orders;
  • Creation, implementation and administration of internal communication campaigns;
  • Maintaining and administering communications and information with employees;
  • Office maintenance and activity management, organization of purchases related to office activities;
  • Cooperation with company departments and assistance in creating internal communication;
  • Maintenance and support of the company's style book, control of all orders related to the company's visual identity;
  • Organization of holidays and events for employees.
