- Call and email administration, distribution of correspondence to responsible company employees;
- Creation, implementation and administration of internal communication campaigns;
- Support and administration of communications and information with employees;
- Office maintenance and activity management, organization of purchases related to office activities;
- Cooperation with company departments and assistance in creating internal communication;
- Maintenance and support of the company's style book, control of all orders related to the company's visual identity;
- Administration of the activities of the CEO's office, assistance in his daily activities and execution of orders;
- Organization of holidays and events for employees.
