UAB "United Transline" is a well-established logistics company specializing in car transportation and other logistics services. Currently, our team and office are growing, so we invite an administrator to join us who would provide order and comfort to the office, help the growing team navigate the spaces, and take care of our guests and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Organization of daily office activities and maintaining order;
- Reception and referral of guests and candidates;
- Administration of documents and correspondence and preparation of rental agreements;
- Centralized ordering of goods for the company's offices and maintenance of their inventory;
- Booking of travel and hotels for seconded employees;
- Selection of service and product suppliers and maintaining communication with them;
- Assisting the personnel department in administering documents;
- Assisting management and colleagues with administrative issues.
Employee requirements
- Successful administrative work experience;
- Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- Desire and ability to communicate, organize, and help;
- Strong computer literacy skills;
- Organization, initiative, responsibility, and diligence;
- Higher or higher education.
