You will be responsible for:
Daily functions:
Coordination (non-daily) functions:
- joint venture e-mail box, telephone administration and distribution of incoming information;
- administration of the document management system BSS: document registration, distribution, process monitoring, improvement;
- administration of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- organization of business trips for colleagues (ordering flights, accommodation and other travel services);
- preparation of company activity orders and familiarization of employees with internal procedures and documents;
- assistance to company managers in organizational matters: coordination of meetings, visits, sessions;
- professional reception of guests from Lithuania and abroad;
- ensuring smooth office work, office maintenance and creation of a positive working environment.
Coordination (non-daily) functions:
- preparation of reports, presentations and other information materials with MS PowerPoint;
- assistance in organizing company trainings, events and internal initiatives;
- coordination of ordering stationery and office supplies;
- preparation of documents for board meetings and shareholder meetings.
We hope you:
- you are communicative, responsible, attentive to details and able to learn quickly;
- you have experience working with document management systems (an advantage - DVS and ERP BSS);
- you have very good skills in working with MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Word programs;
- you speak and write Lithuanian and English perfectly;
- you have a higher (or other) education in public administration, communication, English or a similar field;
- you are able to independently plan work, prioritize tasks and ensure smooth coordination of administrative processes;
- you have a driver's license and a car (the office is located at Liepkalnio g.).
