This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a dynamic nature of work and wants to gain diverse experience in the areas of administration, personnel and accounting. • coordinating daily administrative work and ensuring smooth office work;
• working with a document management system and administering various documentation;
• preparing, organizing, archiving and systematizing documents;
• assisting the accounting department: entering and checking data, and collecting necessary information;
• assisting in personnel administration processes: managing employee documentation, coordinating candidate selections;
• maintaining office order, solving daily organizational issues and assisting the team;
• performing various administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
