Nature of work
Family Welfare Center in Vilnius is looking for an administrator who would like to join our team and become an important part of the daily work of the center.
Our center is designed for families: future and current parents, their babies and children. Here, we create a safe, warm and professional environment every day, so the role of the administrator is very important to us - she is the person who first meets the client, provides them with clear information, helps them feel welcome and ensures the smooth rhythm of the center.
During your work, you will be responsible for:
Work location – Vilnius.
Working hours – from 8:30 to 20:00, Monday-Friday.
Work takes place every other working day, additionally – every second Saturday from 8:00 to 16:00.
There are about 12 - 13 working days per month.

During your work, you will be responsible for:
- welcoming clients, registering and consulting live, by phone and e-mail;
- registering new clients for services;
- working with the Sportinn program;
- presenting services and providing clear information to clients;
- selling new subscriptions;
- monitoring client attendance and regulating flows in the center;
- drawing up physiotherapist schedules;
- smooth organization of daily activities and cooperation with the team.
