Administrator (s)

At UAB "Elme metalas" you will be responsible for:
Ordering stationery;
Administering company documentation;
Tasks related to payroll;
Receiving and transferring invoices to accounting;
Supervision of the contract process;
Collection and submission of training orders;
Filling in and coordinating OSH documentation;
Administration of GPAIS accounting;
Filling in annual environmental pollution declarations:
Submission of annual reports through the AIVIKS state system (Annual Air Pollution Accounting, Annual Accounting of Chemical Substances and Preparations).
KPI monitoring and reporting;
Data preparation and representation in internal and external audits as a representative of the company's IVS (integrated management system) ISO 9001, 14001, 45001;
Control of the execution of internal and external audit report tasks.
Supervision, improvement and control of internal procedures and processes;
Performance of tasks assigned by the manager.

We believe that you would be most successful if you have:
Higher university or college education;
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft programs;
Good knowledge of English/Russian (verbal and written);
Quick orientation;
Similar work experience.
