Nature of work:
- Office maintenance (maintaining order, providing necessary tools);
- Administration of incoming calls, e-mails and inquiries;
- Customer information management;
- Documentation management, document preparation, sending;
- Assistance in organizing company and external events;
- Assistance to colleagues in solving daily administrative and organizational issues;
- Other various tasks that help ensure smooth office work.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education;
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently (knowledge of English, Russian is an advantage);
- You have similar work experience;
- You are characterized by excellent digital literacy: not only are you good at MS Office programs, but you are also not afraid of new tools;
- You know how to prioritize and not get lost in the abundance of work, you are meticulous and attentive.
- You are an independent, creative person and make decisions based on logical thinking;
- You have experience in communicating with customers and are able to react well in various situations.
