Administrator/Head waiter

We are looking for a Špricas Brunch administrator / head waiter to join our team and help ensure the smooth daily work of the cafe.

This is a position for someone who knows not only how to serve guests with quality, but also how to see the big picture: teamwork, order in the hall, adherence to schedules, movement of goods, communication with suppliers and daily administrative tasks.

Main responsibilities:

• welcoming guests,
• serving and ensuring a quality experience;
• organizing and supervising the work of the hall;
• coordinating the team during the shift;
• creating employee schedules and monitoring their compliance;
• searching, training and introducing new employees to work;
• maintaining order, cleanliness and internal standards;
• communication with suppliers and coordinating orders;
• working with the cash register, orders and internal systems;
• solving daily problems and ensuring smooth work.

We expect the candidate to:

have experience in the service industry, in a restaurant, café or similar position;
be able to work at a fast pace and maintain order even on busy days;
be able to communicate with guests in a friendly, clear and professional manner;
have a sense of responsibility and can make decisions independently;
be able to coordinate a team and notice where help is needed;
be organized, punctual and reliable;
be able to work with schedules, orders and daily administrative tasks;
be able to resolve conflict or non-standard situations calmly and constructively;
Lithuanian is a must, English is an advantage.
