What will you do every day?
- You will meet office guests and employees, direct them and help them with daily issues.
- You will ensure that the office is fully stocked and everything runs smoothly.
- You will administer incoming and outgoing correspondence and invoices.
- You will maintain the office premises and coordinate the resolution of breakdowns or other problems.
- You will meet new team members, show them around the office and introduce them to basic information.
- You will organize employee health checks and follow their expiration dates.
- You will assist colleagues with administrative issues and contribute to the organization of events.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in customer service or administrative field.
- Good English language skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Initiative, organized, responsible and communicative.
