Nature of work
Correspondence and email administration;
Document management (preparation, registration, systematization, archiving);
Organization and coordination of meetings and internal gatherings;
Daily administrative assistance to the manager and team members;
Organization of office activities: ordering goods, stock and inventory management;
Preparation and administration of internal company documents (orders, vacation requests, employment contracts, etc.);
Preparation, administration and maintenance of contracts and their annexes;
Maintenance of occupational safety documentation in cooperation with external partners;
Administration of insurance policies and control of validity periods;
Maintenance of order and cleanliness of office premises, cooperation with a cleaning company;
Other administration-related tasks assigned by the manager.

Employee requirements
Higher or higher education (in administration, management or similar field - an advantage);
Similar administrative work experience (an advantage);
Excellent computer skills (MS Office package, document management systems - an advantage);
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, good knowledge of English;
Good communication, presentation and organizational skills;
Responsibility, diligence, independence, initiative;
Driver's license
