Employee requirements
- Experience in restaurant, hotel, hospitality or customer service (advantage);
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to organize work, coordinate a team and resolve situations quickly and professionally;
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, cash register / reservation systems - an advantage);
- Fluency in Lithuanian; knowledge of English and / or Russian - an advantage;
- Flexibility in terms of work schedule (working in the evenings, weekends or holidays, if relevant);
- Neat appearance, courtesy and professional attitude towards customers and the team;
- Ability to monitor the quality of service and ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
