- Ensuring smooth office work;
- Coordination of internal communication and processes;
- Organization of meetings, events and team building activities;
- Assistance to management and team with administrative issues;
- Planning and supervision of office resources, ensuring an efficient working environment.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of English (verbal and written – essential);
- Very good computer skills;
- Ability to independently plan time and priorities;
- Organization, responsibility, independence;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Administrative work experience – an advantage.
