Nature of work:
- Present the services provided by SEB Arena to customers;
- Work with tennis, squash, badminton reservations, serve RE.formato sports club clients and Vilnius Tennis Academy children and their parents;
- Make reservations;
- Work at the cash register – be able to sell available goods and inventory;
- Serve customers according to the standard created by the company and solve any problems that arise;
- Communicate with customers live, by phone or e-mail;
- Maintain the order of the workplace and the arena.
Requirements:
- Similar work experience is an advantage;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Sales skills;
- Politeness, responsibility, honesty, attentiveness;
- Ability to work in a team, quick reaction and ability to make decisions independently;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Experience with Nsoft program (advantage);
- Willingness to manage a large amount of information.
