Amberton Cathedral Square Hotel Vilnius, a 4* hotel in the heart of Vilnius, is currently inviting a hotel administrator to join us for permanent work. This position will be responsible for creating an excellent guest experience. Work only during the day, no night shifts.
Amberton Cathedral Square Hotel Vilnius, a 4* hotel in the heart of Vilnius, is currently inviting a hotel administrator to join us for permanent work. This position will be responsible for creating an excellent guest experience. Work only during the day, no night shifts.
Nature of work:
- coordinating reservations;
- working with the hotel's Ericsoft management system;
- providing information by phone and e-mail;
- identifying guest needs and ensuring a positive experience;
- processing payments and invoicing.
Employee requirements:
- secondary education;
- excellent knowledge of English, Russian would be an advantage;
- quick orientation and excellent conflict resolution skills;
- flexibility and confidentiality when communicating with customers;
- positivity and a smile every day;
- successful experience working in a hotel with the ERICSOFT program is an advantage.
