🌲What will you do in the team?
- You will register and deregister sanatorium clients in the hotel reservation system and create schedules for their procedures;
- You will enter reservation data into the hotel system, ensuring its accuracy;
- You will work with the cash register, handle payments;
- You will closely cooperate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service;
- You will ensure a pleasant customer experience - provide information about the sanatorium, procedures and answer any questions that arise.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Higher or higher education;
- Good Russian and/or English language skills, this will help ensure smooth communication with customers and provide them with quality service (we would consider knowledge of other languages an advantage);
- Strong computer skills (MS Office);
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, it is important that you are able to create a pleasant experience, professionally solve challenges, maintain emotional balance even in more intense situations;
- Positivity and willingness to help - your smile, good mood and sincere concern for people will contribute to creating a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

Our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center operating in the sanatorium is the largest in Lithuania in terms of the volume of medical rehabilitation services provided, and also unites 13 outpatient medical rehabilitation centers throughout the country. They provide inpatient and outpatient medical rehabilitation services using the most modern methods of physiotherapy, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and other scientific advances.
