UAB "Termoizola" is a growing company operating in the industrial sector and implementing international projects. We are looking for someone to join our team in Elektrėnai and become an important partner in the daily staff and administrative processes.
In this position, you will focus on people, information and document accuracy.

Your main job:
- Communicate with employees, answer their questions and provide relevant information;
- Ensure that information reaches employees in a timely, clear and accurate manner;
- Administer employee recruitment, training and working time accounting processes and documents;
- Register and administer primary accounting documents;
- Consolidate and update data in the MS Dynamics system;
- Administer material assets accounting and related documents;
- Collaborate with managers, employees and other departments of the company;
- Prepare and enter GPAIS reports of your department into the program.
What do we expect from you?
- Have experience in personnel administration and/or accounting - this is a must;
- Love to communicate with people and are able to present information clearly and professionally;
- You are attentive to documents and details;
- Able to independently plan work and set priorities;
- Knowledge of the principles of personnel documents and clerical work;
- You are good at working with computers and are able to quickly understand new systems;
- You know the Russian language at least at the B2 level;
- You are a responsible and organized team member.
