Administrator (Geology Department)

You will assist geologists and the geology administrator in their daily activities, gradually taking over some of the geology administrator's functions.
You will administer geology documentation, ensure smooth processes, communicate with clients by phone and e-mail, and prepare and submit price offers.
If needed, you will help administer the activities of the soil sampling laboratory (about one day per week).
You will perform administrative and organizational tasks that help geologists and engineers work more efficiently.
You will cooperate with the geology and laboratory team and contribute to the coordination of daily work.
