This position is responsible for the smooth organization of the restaurant's work - from opening to closing. This position includes creating work schedules, completing documentation, training and introducing new employees to work processes, supervising the team and ensuring that everyone adheres to established work standards. The administrator also takes care of the effective coordination of daily activities, helps solve operational problems and contributes to creating a pleasant atmosphere for both employees and guests.

Ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant - effective process management, ensuring that both customer service and internal work processes run smoothly and with high quality.
Organization and control of personnel work - distribution of employee work, team coordination, ensuring smooth cooperation and supervision of work quality.
Control of compliance with service and production quality standards - cooperation with the kitchen and bar to ensure that the quality of food and beverages meets the established standards.
Employee motivation, training and development - training new employees, improving existing competencies, promoting team involvement and professionalism.
Preparation of reports and documentation administration, filling out internal documents.
Conflict management - prompt resolution of problems with both employees and customers, in order to maintain a positive atmosphere in the restaurant.
Ensuring customer satisfaction - constant attention to the experience of visitors, meeting their expectations and constantly improving the quality of service.
