As the company grows and expands its activities, we are looking for an administrator for the newly established Kaunas branch, who will ensure smooth daily office work.
Nature of work:
- Office maintenance and administration;
- Management of company documents and correspondence;
- Entering invoices into the program;
- Administration of telephone calls and emails;
- Receiving customers;
- Checking new customers and entering them into the database;
- Administration of contracts;
- Preparation of various documents;
- Assistance to company employees;
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- English language skills;
- Similar work experience;
- Clerical knowledge;
- Computer skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Diligence, responsibility;
- Ability to plan and organize one's own and others' work.
