In this position, you will be responsible for daily administrative and office processes: document and invoice management, correspondence administration, communication with clients and partners, and ensuring office order. Your work will contribute to the smooth operation of the company and effective teamwork.
Your responsibilities:
- Document management and account administration;
- Professional communication with clients and partners via email, phone and in person;
- Administration of incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- Ensuring office order and supervision of administrative processes;
- Performing various administrative and organizational tasks as needed.
