You will organize daily clinic processes, work and vacation schedules, fill out timesheets;
You will organize clinic staff meetings;
You will prepare job descriptions for clinic staff;
You will receive, provide and share information live, by phone and email;
You will ensure the ordering of medical forms, non-medical devices or other supplies necessary for the clinic;
You will prepare various organizational and informational documents;
You will organize the qualification development of clinic staff;
You will analyze the clinic's quantitative and qualitative indicators;
You will provide proposals on issues of improving activities and processes;
You will cooperate with other departments and units;
You will perform other tasks assigned by your direct manager.
