Nature of work:
You will be the main supporter of internal order and rhythm.
Prepare, register and archive documents (letters, requests, orders, contracts, powers of attorney, etc.);
Coordinate personnel administration - help, remind, organize.
Be the person who meets, directs, explains and helps.
Actively communicate with colleagues and managers.
Contribute to the organization of team events, initiatives, holidays.
Help solve small but important daily issues that allow the team to work smoothly.
Perform other tasks assigned by managers.

Employee requirements:
At least 1 year of work experience as an office administrator or
similar position;
Communication, organizational and time management skills;
Diligence, responsibility and initiative;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian;
Good knowledge of English and Russian at least at B2 level (verbal and written);
Computer literacy (MS Office package, document management
systems);
Knowledge of clerical and document preparation.
