We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Klaipėda and help ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a position for someone who enjoys organizing, communicating, taking care of the work environment and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Manage and register documents, administer contracts.
Administer calls, electronic inquiries, letters and shipments.
Communicate with service providers, organize orders for services and necessary goods.
Take care of the office environment, ensure that the premises are tidy, cozy and presentable.
Administer measures for employees, assist the HR department with daily issues.
Contribute to the organization of company events and employee initiatives.
Contribute to the administration of the company's social networks.
Assist colleagues in solving daily organizational and administrative issues.

You are organized, responsible and able to plan your work effectively.
You value order, are meticulous and attentive to details.
You communicate very well in English, both written and spoken (required).
You are good at working with computers (MS Office) and are able to use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to perform daily tasks.
You are friendly, helpful, like to communicate and help others.
You are able to work independently, take initiative and solve daily issues.
