AVS PipeFit is looking for an administrator to join our team and help ensure the smooth organization of daily administrative processes.
What will your work day and main responsibilities look like?
- You will administer, register and systematize company documents;
- You will collect, systematize and transfer the necessary information to responsible colleagues;
- You will administer employee registration processes in Lithuanian and foreign institutions;
- You will take care of supplying the office with the necessary goods and equipment;
- You will organize business trips - tickets, accommodation and other related issues;
- You will provide organizational and administrative assistance to the team.
What do we expect from you?
- Have work experience in office administration, document administration or a similar position;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian, speak English and Russian well (at least B1 level);
- You know the basic principles of document preparation and administration and are able to work with MS Office programs;
- You are able to independently plan work, meet deadlines and manage several tasks simultaneously;
- You know how to systematize information, set priorities and ensure that tasks are completed to the end;
- You are diligent, responsible, communicative and are not afraid to independently look for solutions.
