You will be responsible for:
- filling in timesheets;
- processing of admission, dismissal and other personnel documents;
- organizing training for new employees and preparing necessary documents;
- managing periodic health checks and briefings for employees;
- preparing reports;
- other tasks delegated by the immediate supervisor.
We appreciate your:
- higher education (can be a final year student);
- ability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 to 17:00;
- good working MS Office skills;
- knowledge of Russian;
- communicability, quick response, politeness, positivity and strong motivation.
