We are looking for an administrator in a modern business center.

What will you do every day?
- You will greet employees, visitors and contractors in a pleasant and professional manner, creating a positive first contact experience.
- You will register visitors, administer access control processes.
- You will receive, distribute and send parcels and correspondence.
- You will ensure order and smooth daily activities in common areas.
- You will register employee and visitor inquiries, coordinate the resolution of faults and repairs.
- You will cooperate with building maintenance service providers and the security team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- You will provide administrative assistance with daily office activities.
- You will contribute to the organization of events and ensure operational assistance during them.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in customer service or administrative field.
- Good English language skills.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Initiative, organized, responsible and customer-oriented.
