We are currently looking for a sales manager assistant / administrator.
We are currently looking for a sales manager assistant / administrator.
Main responsibilities:
- Administrative support of the sales team's daily activities
- Receiving customer inquiries and providing information
- Preparing and systematizing contracts, acts and other documents
- Data administration and entering information into systems
- Preparing and sending periodic information messages and newsletters
- Coordination of call flows
- Preparing debt reconciliation documents
- Office administration: correspondence management, parcel management, welcoming guests
- Ensuring order and smooth internal processes
