Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible, communicative, and organized team member who will help ensure the smooth operation of the studio and be the main contact between the leaders, students, and their parents.
Your daily routine and responsibilities:
- Meeting students and parents, solving daily issues and providing information.
- Communication by phone and e-mail, consulting students and parents.
- Administration of payments, accounts and student lists.
- Sale of clothing and other goods.
- Assistance in organizing concerts, celebrations and other events.
- Supervision of the studio's order and prompt resolution of various situations.
We hope that you have the following qualities:
- You are responsible, diligent and able to solve situations independently.
- You communicate easily with children, parents and colleagues.
- You are good at working with Google Workspace; knowledge of macOS is an advantage.
- You speak Lithuanian fluently and know English.
What we offer:
- Flexible schedule: work in the studio Monday-Thursday, approximate 3-8 p.m., and Fridays 3-7 p.m., some tasks performed remotely.
- Seasonal work in September-June and minimal remote workload in the summer.
- Possibility of additional work in summer camps.
- Creative, positive and supportive team.
- 850 Eur in hand (0.6 full-time work), employment contract signed.
