We invite you to join the reception team of the "Innovative Dermatology Center", where you will create a warm and caring experience for our clients, you will be responsible for high-quality and professional customer service, and the smooth organization of reception work! In this team, you will:

• meet patients and guests of the clinic, consult and register patients for clinic services directly, by phone and email. by mail
• provide information to patients about the services available at the clinic
• administer orders and necessary documents, fill out and submit reports
• accept payments for services, work with the cash register, patient registration system and e-shop
• recommend additional services and products to patients, carry out active sales
• collaborate with the clinic team
• communicate and maintain relations with clinic partners
• ensure smooth operation of the clinic reception

1800-2200 €/mon. gross
Salary is discussed with each candidate individually, depending on their work experience and skills, so we are ready to negotiate salary conditions.
