Main responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality, fast and pleasant guest service.
- Effectively organize and control the work of shift employees.
- Manage a team of subordinate employees, adhering to guest service standards and internal rules.
- Perform tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience working as a restaurant administrator and/or waiter.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of serving and service etiquette.
- Team building, motivation and inspiration skills.
- Quick orientation, independence and sense of responsibility.
- Good knowledge of English and Russian.
- Orientation towards results and high quality of service.
