WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
As an Administrator, your daily tasks will include:
- Assisting the Site Management Team in administering site documents, including preparing meeting minutes, reports and other project documents
- Performing inspections as instructed
- Collaborating with the client, authorities and project partners in preparing reports and resolving issues
- Checking client documents and monitoring their progress, including controlling client applications and requests
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- At least a vocational education corresponding to the nature of the position
- Experience in construction site administration, document management or similar work
- Experience working in a military environment would be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with internal and external partners
- Structured, systematic and solution-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work effectively in a team in an international environment
