Nature of work:
- Preparation, review, provision of conclusions, consultation of draft contracts and other legal documents of the Company;
- To prepare or participate in the preparation of standard contract forms and concluded contracts (public procurement, acquisition of goods, contracts, services, etc.), and other legal acts of the Company, local documents;
- Representation of the interests of the Company in various state and local government institutions and in relations with third parties, with the assistance of our law firm.
- Consulting employees on legal issues;
- To participate in the Company's public procurement process, to provide comments on draft conditions, claims, contracts and other documents;
- Consulting employees of the Company on legal issues related to the organization and implementation of public procurement;
Requirements:
- Higher or higher legal education;
- At least 1 year of legal work experience (in the field of public procurement would be an advantage);
- Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania, laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating public procurement, labor relations, civil and administrative relations, civil procedure, administrative case law, and the ability to apply them in practice.
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English;
- Excellent computer skills
- Analytical thinking, independence, initiative, diligence, responsibility;
- Strong legal argumentation skills and good clerical skills;
- Driver's license (category B) (advantage).
- Knowledge of business etiquette and the ability to communicate pleasantly;
- Attention to detail, attentiveness, diligence
