Administrator/Manager with career opportunities

UAB Tyrimu laboratorija – a laboratory operating in Kretinga, conducting various research. We are looking for an administrator / manager who would take care of the company's documents, orders and work organization, communicate with clients and assist the director in daily activities. The work is not only in the office – occasionally you will have to go to construction sites and meetings with clients. We are looking for an energetic colleague who would join our team and grow with the company – a well-performing employee could become a project coordinator, and later – rise to management positions. Full-time or part-time work is possible.

Manage documents, register some orders;
Coordinate work schedules with laboratory staff and ensure deadlines are met;
Occasionally communicate with foreign clients in Russian or English;
Assist the director with daily administrative issues;
Administer several non-time-consuming areas;
Deputize for administrators.

Ability to complete the work started to the end and on time;
Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language;

Responsibility, diligence, ability to plan your work;
Pleasant communication with customers;
A big advantage - the ability to quickly understand technical subjects (candidates with an education in physics, chemistry, biology, geology, mathematics or information systems are especially suitable);
