Nature of work
We are looking for a team member at the reception. If you are brave and hospitable, we invite you to join us. Main tasks:
The work schedule is drawn up in advance. Working hours 07:00 - 19:30. Day shift. There are 13-15 working days per month. More details are discussed during the interview. If you have any questions, please contact us by phone +370 633 67603.
- Accept and carefully process reservations through reservation systems, as well as by phone, email or live;
- Work with the hotel program Opera Cloud;
- Polite guest service from guest arrival to departure;
- Answering guest questions, providing information, solving problems;
- Selling hotel services;
- Issuing invoices;
- Working at the cash register;
- Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace;
- Cooperation with employees of other departments.

We expect from you:
- Smiles, politeness and orientation towards the guest;
- Excellent oral and written Lithuanian;
- Good oral and written English; Russian is an advantage;
- Computer skills (we will train you to work with the hotel program);
- Quick orientation and ability to organize work;
- Knowledge of cultural communication, customer service and etiquette.
