Nature of work
As the 7 Fridays bar chain expands, we are looking for an experienced, responsible and motivated team member who would ensure the smooth operation of the bar and be an example to others. The work takes place in several 7 Fridays points in Vilnius - in the center (Pilies g. 11, Pylimo g. 9A), Perkūnkiemis (Eitminų g. 3) and the newly opened bar in Vingis park (M. K. Čiurlionio g. 102). We value professionalism, independence and a desire to grow - both as a specialist and as a team leader.
Your responsibilities:

- Ensure the smooth operation of the hall and high quality of service
- Coordinate the work of the hall staff (waiters, bartenders) during the shift
- Maintain a positive work culture and team cooperation
- Work with the cash register system (we will train you)
- Take care of the order and cleanliness of the hall
