Part-time
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers and guests in a pleasant and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate persons;
- Receiving, distributing and sending parcels;
- Registering correspondence;
- Ensuring order in common areas;
- Registering complaints, informing responsible persons about faults;
- Communicating with the building maintenance company, security team;
- Assisting in organizing events.
We hope you:
- You have successful experience in customer service and administrative/assistance work, preferably in a large or international organization;
- You have a university or higher education;
- You have excellent English;
- You have experience in document management, you are able to convey your thoughts fluently in writing and orally;
- You are helpful, organized, proactive and customer-oriented.
