You will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and guests in a pleasant and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate persons;
  • Receiving, distributing and sending parcels;
  • Registering correspondence;
  • Ensuring order in common areas;
  • Registering complaints, informing responsible persons about faults;
  • Communicating with the building maintenance company, security team;
  • Assisting in organizing events.

We hope you:

  • You have successful experience in customer service and administrative/assistance work, preferably in a large or international organization;
  • You have a university or higher education;
  • You have excellent English;
  • You have experience in document management, you are able to convey your thoughts fluently in writing and orally;
  • You are helpful, organized, proactive and customer-oriented.
